Description

Buttress is an accurate representation of rocks and crags forming part of Stanage Edge, seen from the top, right at the edge.  It could be a climbers view when sat belaying at the top of a route, or that of an adventurous walker venturing out to the very edge to look at the rocks.

Stanage Edge is an iconic and well known gritstone escarpment forming part of the boundary between Derbyshire and Sheffield.  It is popular with climbers, walkers, and many others that enjoy the outdoors.
