On the Edge is an accurate representation of rocks and crags forming part of Stanage Edge, as seen from the top, right at the edge.  It is the view from the edge looking towards Sheffield.

Stanage Edge is an iconic and well known gritstone escarpment forming part of the boundary between Derbyshire and Sheffield, South Yorkshire.  It is popular with climbers, walkers, and many others that enjoy the outdoors.
